Scrum Master

Scrum Master (B2C Digital Projects) We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to support our B2C digital initiatives . The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Agile principles and a good understanding of technologies used in B2C web platforms , enabling them to effectively guide development teams and ensure successful project delivery. Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning , Daily Scrums , Sprint Review , and Sprint Retrospective . Ensure Scrum events are efficient, timeboxed , and focused on delivering value . Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress, fostering collaboration between stakeholders and the Scrum Team. Promote self-management , cross-functionality , and a culture of continuous improvement . Partner closely with the Product Owner to maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog . Coach team members and the broader organization on Agile practices, tools, and mindset . Identify, communicate, and manage project risks, issues, and change impacts . Track sprint progress using JIRA or other Agile project management tools. Maintain clear and organized project documentation using appropriate platforms. Demonstrate understanding of technical concepts and architecture to support planning and alignment. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability , and open communication across teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software or digital projects. Hands-on experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred but not required. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and software development life cycle . Excellent facilitation , coaching , and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams . Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proactive , adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement . Preferred Technical Background Familiarity or experience with .NET , ReactJS , Java , and SQL technologies. Understanding of B2C platforms , content management systems (CMS) , or e-commerce applications . Previous hands-on experience in software development or testing (frontend or backend) is an advantage.
