Industrial Engineers for Warehouse Expert specialized in a specific high-tech area of knowledge for industrialization/manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing, MTM, Ergonomics, Line Design, MPH, Simulation Tools, Cost Analysis, Value Stream, etc.). As a key player, you ensure the right process in terms of Capacity & Utilization, Quality & Cost of Warehouse and equipment to deliver productivity and efficiency from the factory while cross‑coaching to improve team capabilities. Involved in R&D contribution: designing new processes to meet economic and technical demand, building trial production lines, and conducting product processing activities based on self‑developed technology. What will you do? Drive performance. Lead and deploy all warehouse processes in compliance with LEAN and SPS. Drive continuous process improvement and cost reduction program. Develop, motivate, and challenge people to achieve the target. Implement the SPS system. Build global architecture for the warehouse. Design and optimize the Waterspider loop. Organize evacuation of finished goods and waste. Ensure reliability of warehousing time definition. Ensure safety & ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities. Define and involve the information system in line with the principles set out in MPH & Warehouse. Achieve and maintain the targeted SPS score through continuous improvement tools and techniques, and be involved in standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing. Adapt continuous improvement approach to MPH and Warehouse to optimize safety, quality, lead time & cost. Execute ME functions according to business objectives and policies & procedures, continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the functions; drive down overall cost of manufacturing including cycle rates, head counts, administration expenses, material scrap. Who would be successful? Graduated from a Technical University or Technology and Education University (major: Industrial Engineering, Industrial System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics). At least 5‑6 years of practical experience in advanced manufacturing; minimum 5 years in a similar position. Required skills & knowledge Strong management and coordination skills. Coordination, planning, leadership. Technical Skills Proven track record in driving corrective actions and implementing change. Excellent communication skills with high potential in Lean, 6 Sigma, leadership, and process development. Extensive knowledge of Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes. Strong communication skills, decisive, organized, good analyst, passionate. Team player, good relationship with regional team and engineers. Fluent in oral and written English. Entrepreneurial spirit, results‑oriented, flexible and proactive. Clear identification with company goals, high initiative and positive thinking. Ensure safety training for subordinates.
