I Find Great Talents to Create Winning Teams | Captain of Recruitment and Selection | #BeAWSM The TikTok Shop Coordinator is responsible for leading the content and operational execution of Toby's Sports on TikTok Shop. This role ensures that the brand maximizes its presence on TikTok through engaging product videos, live streams, and affiliate collaborations that drive awareness, engagement, and sales conversion. The position involves close coordination with the Marketing, E-Commerce, and Merchandising teams to ensure product alignment, creative consistency, and seamless execution of TikTok Shop campaigns. The TikTok Shop Coordinator will also manage and grow Toby's TikTok Shop affiliate network and host livestreams to highlight key products and promotions. Key Responsibilities: TikTok Shop Content Creation & Management Develop, plan and execute a regular TikTok Shop content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product priorities. Create short-form videos and product features (e.g., unboxing, how-to, or trend-based content) optimized for TikTok audiences and commerce conversion. Coordinate with the Content & Creatives team for production support and post-editing content. Analyze video performance metrics to optimize future content and drive engagement and sales. Livestream Hosting & Operations Serve as host or co-host for TikTok Shop livestreams, presenting products in an engaging and authentic manner. Coordinate livestream production schedules, scripts, and product lists with relevant internal teams. Work with the E-Commerce team to ensure product availability, tagging accuracy, and a smooth checkout experience during live sessions. Track livestream analytics, engagement, and GMV performance to guide improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Align with the Marketing, Merchandising and ECM teams on category priorities, promotions, and product launches to be featured on TikTok Shop. Partner with the Content & Creatives and Digital Marketing teams for consistent storytelling and paid amplification opportunities. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Regularly review content, affiliate, and livestream metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and submit monthly TikTok Shop performance reports, including key learnings and recommendations. Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social commerce to keep the channel competitive and relevant. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia or related field. At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, and e-commerce (preferably with TikTok Shop experience). Strong understanding of TikTok culture, algorithm, and e-commerce features. Confident and articulate on camera, with experience in hosting or livestreaming. Proficient in short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, or similar). Excellent coordination, organization, and communication skills. Collaborative, creative, and data-driven mindset.
