Join Angkas as a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems via phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, and chat. Providing outstanding service and solutions to grow customer relationships. Delivering personalized customer service by understanding unique customer needs Supporting various channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat. Participating in ongoing training and development programs. Achieving or exceeding daily/monthly targets and other objectives assigned by the Immediate Supervisor. Adhering to company policies and procedures. About You The company is looking for: At least 6 months of customer service experience or any client-facing roles. Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English. Ability to work on a shifting schedule and willingness to work onsite 5x a week. Amenable to start on a project-based contract.
