Responsible in creating clear and accurate Technical Drawings based from the reference document received from supervisor or team leader intended for estimate, presentation, fabrication and construction processes of Project Management Team (PMT) and other department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Preparation/Execution of Drawing Requirements
    1. Review clients reference Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings, documents and/or concept sketches, instructions and discuss to immediate superior any conflicts/discrepancies found in the details
    2. Prepare the detailed drawings in reference to the Design Engineering Drawings and in compliance with the given standards and specifications. All generated drawings will be submitted to the Cad Checker and/or Supervisor for review and approval prior to final issuance for approval (IFA), for Fabrication (IFF) and for construction (IFC).
    3. Update the Technical detailed drawings in accordance to the Client/Designer\'s comments and revisions and/or Site and Cad superiors Instructions.
    4. Prepares, updates and submit Accomplishment Reports to group leader or supervisor.
  2. Submits to company\'s Rules and Regulations, policies and procedures
    1. Understands and complies with the Department\'s Drawing Procedures CD-V-
    2. Understands and complies with the Company\'s General Policy its employee\'s and employer\'s rights and responsibility.
Job Qualifications and Job Competencies

Qualifications

  • Education: Must be College degree most preferably with background in Engineering and Architecture or other similar/equivalent degrees.
  • Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications & Essential Skill set of any BIM authoring tools.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in CAD Detailing. With experience in CAD schematic and creating 2D and 3D drawings.
  • With high degree of character and integrity.
  • Special Requirements: Ability to set priorities in an efficient and timely manner to meet essential job functions. Capable of performing a wide variety of tasks (multi-taskings)
  1. Demonstrate creative idea and design through collaboration and teamwork.
  2. Has the ability to read and understand constructions documents, both local and international standards.
  3. Has visual aptitude and attention to detail with quality/accuracy as primary focus.
  4. Proficient in understanding of Building Information Model (BIM) workflow.
  5. Demonstrate techniques, methods, in a timely and accurate drawings to fabrication and construction.
  6. Possessed proficiency in Detailing Visualization and 3D Modeling capability.
