Import/Export Specialist

• Oversee end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring full compliance with PEZA regulations and customs requirements
• Coordinate freight forwarding, shipment documentation, and logistics timelines
• Liaise effectively with both foreign and local clients, vendors, and government agencies
• Maintain accurate records and reports for audit and operational purposes
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving timely and cost-effective delivery outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Customs Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven working knowledge of import/export procedures, PEZA regulations, and freight processing
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong command of English—both written and verbal
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse stakeholders
