We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our team. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing Building Information Models using industry-standard software. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and high-quality digital representations of construction and design projects. What You'll Do Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software. Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to produce 3D models and 2D construction documents. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements. Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with relevant disciplines. Ensure models comply with company standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Assist in the preparation of quantity takeoffs and construction documentation. Support project teams with modeling tasks and documentation throughout project phases. Participate in project meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in BIM modeling, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of other tools such as BIM 360, SketchUp, or Dynamo is a plus. Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and coordination skills.
