Consumer Lending Business Strategy Manager RCBC, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines The role drives the strategic direction and business growth of the Consumer Lending Group. Responsibilities include market intelligence, strategic planning, business expansion, partnership development, and portfolio growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term strategic plans to drive consumer loans growth. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and assess their impact on the business. Provide insights to support data‑driven decision‑making. Evaluate and recommend strategic responses to external and internal opportunities and challenges. Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau) to monitor portfolio performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Identify and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Knowledge of consumer loans, credit risk analysis, and digital lending trends. Proven track record in business intelligence, market research, and data‑driven strategy execution. 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business development, business intelligence, or business expansion within the financial services sector.
