Hybrid - Taguig 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Work-Life Balance Work from Home Manage end-to-end customer engagement for SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud. Support daily operations, technical setups (e.g., VPN, IP ranges), and disaster recovery testing. Handle support tickets and coordinate with technical teams. Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs. Provide technical support, monitor issues, and drive continuous improvement. Manage additional services and change requests. Maintain customer satisfaction, manage escalations, and support critical situations. Collaborate with internal client teams (Sales, Presales, Delivery, etc.). Review account status and support transitions as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in an SAP BASIS administration role. Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, S/4HANA, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Familiarity with ITSM, HA/DR concepts, and infrastructure tools. Excellent communication, customer focus, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus. Engineering degree preferred. Willingness and ability to work night shifts. Experience in a client‑facing role. Background in project management. Working Location Uptown Place Tower 3.
