We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills, specializing in business intelligence and reporting development. This role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, integrating data from UKG (Cognos BI-based), and converting or updating legacy reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). You will collaborate with teams across Operations, HR, Marketing, and Finance to deliver accurate and actionable reporting that drives data-informed decision‑making. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data sources, streamlining reporting systems, and creating solutions that directly impact business performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI . Integrate data from UKG (Cognos BI-based) , including extracting, validating, and preparing data for reporting. Convert, update, and maintain reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) . Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analysis needs. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, retention, HR, and operational efficiency. Deliver findings through clear, concise reports and presentations tailored to senior leadership. Support process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency. Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard development. Familiarity with Cognos BI concepts and ability to work with UKG data sources . Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, data validation, and analysis. Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) . Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, VBA). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical outputs in a business-friendly way. Comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role. Background in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics with proven results. Experience in the fitness, health tech, or consumer products industry is preferred but not required.
