POSITION TITLE: Director of Global Collections Operation (BPO) WORK LOCATION: Sibulan, Negros Oriental SALARY RANGE: Php 250,000 – Php 300,000 EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time, On-site WORK SHIFT: Mid Shift WHR Global Consulting, a trusted talent solutions partner, is seeking a Director of Global Collections Operation for a leading BPO company based in Sibulan, Negros Oriental. This role will lead the global collections organization — driving innovation, operational efficiency, and strategy execution across international teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing collection performance through automation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with global standards and client requirements. Duties: Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to improve global collection performance and operational efficiency. Lead and manage international collection teams, ensuring productivity, compliance, and client satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally to align collection strategies with overall business goals. Drive innovation through digital transformation, automation, and use of business intelligence tools. Monitor key metrics, analyze performance trends, and implement improvements to meet targets. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (FDCPA, Reg F, UDAAP, and others). Prepare reports and recommendations for internal management and client stakeholders. Represent the company in industry events and continuously stay informed on collection trends and best practices. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, or related field. 7+ years of experience in credit card collections (non/sub-prime environment). 5–10 years in leadership roles within BPO or global collections operations. Deep knowledge of collections strategies, dialer systems, and negotiation tactics. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (FDCPA, UDAAP, Reg F, OCA, etc.). Proven ability to lead diverse teams, drive performance, and implement global initiatives. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Willing to work on-site or relocate to Sibulan, Negros Oriental. Candidates with relevant experience and leadership background will be contacted for a phone interview.
