Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Field Auditor to conduct audits across multiple retail store locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with company policies, verifying inventory accuracy, and identifying areas for operational improvement to support overall business efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform regular audits of retail stores focusing on inventory accuracy, cash handling, and operational compliance.
  • Ensure all locations adhere to established company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Identify and document discrepancies or non-compliance issues, and prepare clear, actionable audit reports.
  • Collaborate with store teams and management during audit visits to gather insights and explain findings.
  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve store operations and minimize potential losses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in auditing or a related role (experience in a retail environment is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and conduct audits in various field locations.

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Office/reposting day at Head Office (Manila).
  • Tuesday to Saturday, with travel and field visits as required.
