Job Description Rotational assignments - Category Management, Workplace Design & Fit-Out, Supply Chain Transformation, and ESG. Participate in strategic consultancy projects to drive business growth. Support the development and implementation of change management strategies. Conduct market research and data analysis to inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Contribute to the design and execution of business development initiatives. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions. Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives. The Successful Applicant A degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Have 2-3 years of experience in top-tier consultancies; real estate exposure is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A keen interest in consultancy, strategy, and change management. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with the business services industry is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
