The Relationship Manager role involves assisting clients with capital market fundraising, providing strategic advisory for mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions, and serving as an intermediary in trading. The goal is to act as a strategic advisor, formulating investment strategies and raising capital for clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with sales and client management to identify product and performance gaps.
  • Anticipate broader client needs and perform tactical tasks, including identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Serve as a central contact to resolve performance issues.
  • Lead governance and controls.
  • Work closely with control functions like Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Finance to ensure proper governance.
  • Promote responsible finance, good governance, ethics, and expense discipline.
  • Assess risks carefully, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding Citi’s reputation and assets, and escalating control issues transparently.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
