eClerx – Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, including financial performance summaries, KPIs, and variance analysis. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investments, and initiatives. Drive improvements in reporting processes and analytical tools to increase efficiency and accuracy. Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities. Collaborate with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close to ensure accuracy in reporting and reconciliations. Support executive presentations with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations. Assist with ad-hoc analysis, strategic projects, and performance tracking across departments. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to increase visibility into financial and operational performance. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial planning tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present to senior leaders. Optional – CPA, CFA, or enrollment in related certification programs. Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays. Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes. Required Education And Experience A degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial role.
