Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Join to apply for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role at Filinvest Development Corporation . About The Job Job Summary: The FP&A Manager provides support in the preparation of the company budget. Primary duties include updating and consolidating project financials and templates, coordinating with and assisting the manager in preparation of variance analysis reports, and providing other data and reports deemed necessary for the presentation of the company budget. Key Functions / Duties and Responsibilities Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & Statement of Changes in Equity) with detailed analysis as per the monthly executive summary and management reports; regularly provide to internal users (Controller or CFO, PDDC ManCom, FLI or FDC Board, etc.). Prepare presentations for PDDC ManCom, FLI and FDC. Prepare project financial runs, cash flow projections and related financial analysis for existing and future projects. Initiate streamlining of processes related to report generation and budget monitoring & control. Consolidate and control company’s financial budget and forecasts. Other tasks assigned from time to time. Technical Competencies and Skills Identify, obtain, and organize all required data accurately. Evaluate and analyze data to provide vital reports. Highly knowledgeable in computer operations (MS Office). Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Initiative to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Display creative thinking for problem solving. Follow instructions correctly and work well under pressure. Education, Training, Licenses Required Certified Public Accountant. 5 years of experience as Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager/Manager.
