Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar) and content creation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to craft engaging marketing content and campaigns. Ability to track marketing analytics, KPIs, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness. Experience in event planning, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations. Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Personal Attributes Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness. Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends. Highly organized with strong project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to industry changes. Preferred Qualifications Background in content writing, blogging, or vlogging related to beauty and skincare.
