Overview

Scale-Link Automation, Inc. is urgently hiring the Service Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Sales Team regarding their request schedule.
  • Coordinate with technicians and customers about their schedules.
  • Prepare documents needed by technicians for field schedules such as Service Report, Draft Certificate, Calibration sticker, Warranty Certificate, Completion report, etc.
  • Monitor delivery of Certificate of Calibration.
  • Attend on-site schedules for meetings or to monitor the work of field service technicians as needed.
  • Others.
Qualifications
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Graduate of Vocational Training in Electronics or Instrumentation Technology or any course that are willing to be a Service coordinator.
  • Fresh Grad are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • With strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a knack for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
