On-site - Makati 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Employee Recognition and Rewards Performance Bonus Government Mandated Benefits Assist the leasing team in operations and identify efficient solutions to increase company sales Support upper management in developing leasing goals, oversee leasing activities, and coordinate with other departments to achieve targets Meet monthly targets for asset disposals and leasing as set by management Coordinate and complete all lease renewals in the market Assist in unit handovers to tenants Represent the company to prospects and tenants professionally, prioritizing excellent customer service Collaborate with other teams to share renewal progress, feedback, and results internally and with clients Respond to and meet with current tenants regarding renewal negotiations Deliver excellent customer service to clients, tenants, team members, and other departments Identify opportunities to improve the renewal strategy process Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing At least 3 years of work experience in Asset Sales and Leasing Strong communication and presentation skills Flexible, organized, and able to multi-task effectively Proficient in computer applications, MS Office, and Google Earth Pro Fast learner who can work with minimal supervision; possesses a high sense of urgency and can deliver results within the given timeframe Capable of handling inquiries, advertisements, sales generation, and leasing prospects Government-mandated benefits: SSS, HDMF, and PHIC 15 Vacation Leaves and 15 Sick Leaves per annum (6 Sick Leaves available after six months of continuous employment) Life insurance upon hiring HMO coverage upon regularization Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
