Your Role: Key responsibilities include: Assisting the Fraud Strategies and Analytics Department Head in managing transaction parameters and alerts. Conducting periodic reviews and evaluations of rule performance. Testing and maintaining fraud rules and parameters in the monitoring system. Monitoring daily fraud alerts and addressing program errors. Identifying points of compromise and impacted accounts using analytics tools. Employing statistical techniques for fraud report preparation and analysis. Preparing and generating accurate and timely business reports. Performing other assigned duties. About You: The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields. Preferably experience in SAS, SQL, Python, Fraud Management Systems, or other analytics tools. Knowledge of banking products is preferred. Creativity and strong analytical skills. Experience with fraud cases is a plus. Willingness to work weekends and on a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts and holidays. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
