Join to apply for the Performance Video Editor role at Audience Engaged We’re Audience Engaged — a performance growth agency running paid social campaigns for some of the fastest-scaling DTC brands. We’re looking for a video editor who understands direct response creative — ads that not only look great but make people stop scrolling and take action. You’ll be working with our strategists, copywriters, and designers to turn scripts and briefs into high-converting video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms. This is part-time to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time role if we click. What You’ll Do: Edit video ads from provided footage, UGC, and stock clips. Add text overlays, captions, animations, and transitions that match platform best practices. Create multiple variations from top-performing ads (hook swaps, cuts, formatting for different placements). Source supplementary b-roll or imagery when needed. Organize projects with clear file naming and version control. What We Provide: Access to all raw footage, assets, and creative libraries. Detailed, performance-focused creative briefs. Collaboration with a team experienced in scaling high-budget campaigns. You’ll Thrive Here If You: Have experience editing short-form video ads for social media (Meta/TikTok a big plus). Know how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds. Can work quickly without sacrificing quality. Are comfortable working independently from a clear brief. Bonus Points If You: Have edited ads that were scaled to $50k+ in spend. Understand how performance metrics guide creative direction. 3–5 variations per concept (many are quick re-edits) Rate: $10–$25/hr depending on experience, quality, and output.
