Key responsibilities include daily cash monitoring, updating cash flow projections, and fostering relationships with financial institutions, all while ensuring compliance and implementing process improvements for efficient cash operations.*Key Responsibilities:**Cash Flow Monitoring & Forecasting:*** Track daily available cash balances and update cash flow projections.* Gather and review data to identify trends in cash flow. (Cash and Borrowing report)**Banking & Account Management:*** Manage and maintain bank accounts, including opening and closing procedures.* Coordinate with banks and vendors on financial matters.**Financial Analysis & Reporting:*** Reconciliation of bank statements and actively reporting via ARCS.* Analyze key financial indicators to assess the company's financial position.**Process Improvement:*** Participate in projects focused on improving cash management processes.* Recommend solutions for depository and disbursing activities.Collaboration & Support:* Work with various departments to manage financial operations.* Support the financial user community with daily, monthly, and annual processes.**Job Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy* Minimum 1-2 years' work experience* Excellent Excel skills* Experience with major enterprise accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft.* Experience in large multinational company preferred* Relevant work experience in medium to large company environment* Experience in business control is a plus* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Amenable to work in flexible work shift and hybrid setup We are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
