Responsibilities Diagnose complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment. Perform timely and accurate repairs on various types of vehicle systems. Conduct regular vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations. Inspect vehicle systems including brakes and engines to identify necessary repairs. Utilize technical manuals and diagrams to understand current vehicle systems. Maintain clean and safe workstations, adhering to workplace safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients. Document all repairs and maintenance activities for accurate record‑keeping. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex mechanical issues effectively. Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies and repair methodologies. Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure stability and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring availability and functionality. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Minimum of three years’ experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools and equipment. Strong understanding of engine, transmission, and electrical systems in vehicles. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals accurately. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail in repair activities. Effective communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
