Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, or related field; Master’s is a plus 5–7 years of experience in meetings/events operations, travel management, or procurement in a regional/global organization Experience with platforms like Cvent, Concur, and working with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) Familiarity with procurement systems and travel operations platforms Strong data analysis and reporting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Proven ability to manage and improve end-to-end processes for events and travel Skilled in project management, policy execution, compliance, and issue resolution Experience working across Asia markets and collaborating with global teams Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels Ability to lead cross-functional meetings, facilitate training, and support platform adoption Collaborative mindset with internal teams and external partners Proactive self-starter with ownership mentality; comfortable in fast-paced, matrixed environments Capable of acting as both Process Owner and Business Owner to drive strategic and operational outcomes About Manulife and John Hancock Manulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
