As an SEO Specialist , you will be responsible for optimizing the website's visibility and ranking on search engines to attract relevant traffic and leads from businesses. The primary focus is on improving organic search performance through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of SEO initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Keyword and competitor research to analyze keywords and SEO strategies, identifying gaps that pose threats or opportunities.
  • On-page and off-page optimization, driving content briefs, internal linking, link-building, guest posting, and related activities.
  • Technical SEO: monitor and analyze factors affecting search visibility and index coverage; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: track KPIs such as website traffic and conversions; report to the Product Owner and derive improvement recommendations.
  • SEO audits: discover, document, and report potential systemic technical problems (indexability, canonicalization, redirects, HTTP errors, etc.) and identify crawlability and performance opportunities through sitemap and page analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, design, development).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
  • Develop new methods, reports, and tools to improve the SEO team's effectiveness and efficiency.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably with B2B clients/SaaS websites.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them into customers using dynamic workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making; ability to distill large data sets into simple KPIs and storytelling with data.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Ownership mindset with determination to get things done, humility, and a willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, DataStudio, Excel, and other SEO tools.
