We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to lead key client partnerships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction in a B2B setting. You’ll develop strategic account plans, mentor a team, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver top-tier solutions that strengthen long-term client relationships and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients. Develop and execute strategic account plans to boost retention and revenue. Serve as the primary point of contact, providing customized client solutions. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver client success. Lead, mentor, and guide account managers to achieve performance goals. Conduct business reviews and analyze metrics for client improvement. Negotiate contracts and agreements aligned with company goals. Monitor market and competitor trends to identify business opportunities. Resolve client escalations promptly to maintain high satisfaction. Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus). Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, account management, or sales within a B2B environment. Proven record in managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue growth targets . Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills . Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
