Ensure timely and accurate audit services for Trax clients, focusing on communication and continuous improvement. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Develop a deep understanding of Logistics Service Providers and Client processes within the Trax system. Provide quality Duplicate, Compliance, and Service Audit analysis. Coordinate with Logistics Data Analysts, Logistics Service Providers, and Clients on issues and disputes. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of analysis and reports. Schedule meetings/calls with Clients and/or Logistics Service Providers for issue resolution. Identify root causes of issues and work with teams to resolve them, enhancing automation. Monitor SLAs and Cycle Times to ensure timely delivery of actions and reports. Support team members, seek and provide feedback, and participate in coaching and development. Identify risks or process gaps and ensure mitigation plans are in place. About You The ideal candidate will have: Should be a graduate of any 4-year/5-year course. Excellent written and oral English skills. Willingness to work in the EMEA shift (3:00 pm-12:00 mn, PH time) or other shifts as necessary. Intermediate knowledge and exposure to Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfort with data analysis to find patterns and create meaningful stories for customers. A desire to gain experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
