Job Description We are looking for a meticulous and results-driven General Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting Team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and record journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations for all accounts. Review and analyze general ledger transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor accruals, prepayments, and amortizations. Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions when needed. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records. Assist in audits, budgeting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting principles, and company policies. Perform other accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy . At least 2–3 years of experience in general accounting or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting . Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
