Support the assigned Zone Category eBusiness Manager and Markets to drive the creation and implementation of the Search strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives and key performance indicators more effectively and efficiently.

Create, manage and optimize paid and organic search programs across Search Engines, eRetailers, Platforms and Voice Search.

Assigned search agency relationship owner at Zone/Market level, providing regular performance and optimization reports to the Zone Category eBusiness Manager and Market eBusiness Lead.

Supports the Zone Category team and market teams with capability building, from beginner to advanced level across Search holistically through training sessions, workshops, webinars and written guidelines

Deal with complex organizational model and several stakeholders in driving change and pushing a cross market agenda.

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage and optimize paid and organic search programs across Search Engines, eRetailers, Platforms and Voice Search.
  • Support the assigned Zone Category eBusiness Manager and Markets with the execution of the Search strategy to meet objectives and KPIs.
  • Act as the assigned search agency relationship owner at Zone/Market level, delivering regular performance and optimization reports.
  • Lead capability building for the Zone Category and market teams through trainings, workshops, webinars, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change and push a cross-market agenda.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • 4 years SEO experience
  • International SEO project experience
  • Team management experience (ideally 2 years; manages a team of 2 SEO direct reports)
  • Experience with eBusiness and working with large FMCG brands
  • International agency experience
  • Knowledge of Search holistically (SEO, Paid, and eRetail)
  • Track record of delivering on KPIs
