A DAY IN THE LIFESupport the assigned Zone Category eBusiness Manager and Markets in creating and implementing the Search strategy to help stakeholders achieve objectives and KPIs effectively.
Create, manage, and optimize paid and organic search programs across Search Engines, eRetailers, Platforms, and Voice Search.
Manage relationships with search agencies at the Zone/Market level, providing regular performance and optimization reports to the relevant managers.
Support capability building within the Zone Category and market teams through training sessions, workshops, webinars, and written guidelines.
Navigate complex organizational structures and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive change and promote a cross-market agenda.
- Experience in international SEO projects
- Team management experience, preferably at least 2 years managing a team of 2 SEO direct reports
- At least 5 years in digital marketing
- 4 years SEO experience
- Experience working with large FMCG brands in eBusiness
- International agency experience
- Proven search expertise across SEO, Paid Search, and eRetail
- Track record of successfully delivering KPIs
