Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property listings on MLS and client platforms.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis and pricing research.
  • Respond to buyer/seller inquiries.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client touchpoints.
  • Coordinate appointments, showings, and document prep.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years experience in real estate admin or VA support.
  • Familiar with real estate terminology and processes.
  • Experience with MLS platforms and CRMs.

Job Summary:

This role involves assisting in site maintenance, addressing homeowner concerns, overseeing contractors, and ensuring community standards are upheld. You will be instrumental in helping the Property Manager with inspections, documentation, and coordination with engineering and purchasing departments. The ideal candidate is resourceful, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness, order, and functionality of all sites and common areas.
  • Respond to unit owners' concerns, warranty issues, and community complaints.
  • Coordinate with engineering for assessments and repairs.
  • Help implement community policies (e.g., car sticker/pass systems).
  • Monitor service providers (security guards, gardeners, housekeeping).
  • Conduct clubhouse operations and utility monitoring (electricity, water).
  • Assist with inspections, site visits, punch listings, and turnovers.
  • Prepare and file reports (incident, accomplishment, repair).
  • Coordinate requisitions for supplies and essential materials.
  • Help manage communication with residents (memos, announcements).
  • Support in the formation and election of Homeowners Associations (HOAs).
  • Monitor CCTV condition and coordinate security-related matters.
  • Validate daily time records (DTRs) of site personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in property or site management support.
  • Skills:
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance and operations.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic reporting tools.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not required):

  • Can drive and has a valid motorcycle license.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and travel between sites
