Provide voice-based support for financial account inquiries in a fast-paced, onsite environment in McKinley, Taguig. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to financial products and services with professionalism and empathy Provide support through multiple channels such as phone, chat, and text in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Navigate multiple systems while following work policies and procedures Escalate complex issues and work closely with supervisors and team members Maintain high service standards while meeting performance metrics About You The company is looking for: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays Open to split rest days Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig Must support a voice-based customer service role Must be able to attend and complete the full training period Willing to work extended hours if required Training & Development Must be able to attend and complete the full training period This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
