Position Overview As a Security Operations Analyst, you will support governance, compliance, and security-related initiatives within the IT department. Serve as escalation point for alerts and vulnerabilities. Coordinate incident triage, vulnerability scanning, and remediation tracking in collaboration with IT and vendors. This is a night shift position with a schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST. Key Responsibilities Review alerts and incidents from the managed SOC and validate severity. Perform incident triage and coordinate remediation with system owners. Conduct vulnerability scans, track findings, and report remediation progress. Maintain security incident documentation and ensure post‑incident reviews are completed. Integrate security monitoring and alerting with internal systems (e.g., ADO, Power BI). Generate compliance and operational reports for audit evidence. Qualifications 3–5 years in IT security or operations. Familiarity with SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanners. Ability to communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, or similar tools. Experience with Arctic Wolf. Knowledge of incident response or forensics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
