Marketing Specialist - Go High Level Specialist We are a fast-growing company that helps businesses outsource and streamline their marketing, sales, and operations through smart automation and CRM systems. Our team leverages Go High-Level (GHL) and other automation tools to improve lead generation, follow-up, and customer engagement. We’re looking for a Go High-Level Specialist with strong technical and creative skills to help build, optimize, and manage client systems from start to finish. Responsibilities Go High-Level Setup & Customization Configure new client accounts: pipelines, triggers, automations, calendars, forms, and integrations. Set up funnels, websites, memberships, and SMS/email systems. Automation & Workflow Management Build end-to-end automations to streamline marketing and sales processes. Create workflows that connect multiple platforms and tools for seamless client operations. CRM & Campaign Management Customize pipelines, tags, and automations for client-specific workflows. Design and execute email and SMS campaigns that convert leads into customers. Reporting & Optimization Monitor performance, test automations, and recommend improvements. Build clear reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders. Communicate directly with clients to understand needs, set up accounts, and troubleshoot. Train clients or internal users on using Go High-Level effectively. Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Go High-Level (agency or client-facing experience preferred). Strong understanding of CRM systems , marketing automation , and sales funnel logic . Familiarity with tools like Zapier , Google Workspace , Twilio , Stripe , and Calendly . Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple client projects. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with automation tools such as n8n , Make (Integromat) , or Zapier . Basic graphic design (Canva, Figma) or copywriting for landing pages and emails. Knowledge of Meta Ads , Google Ads , or email marketing strategy .
