Overview

HCM Nexus is searching for a Finance Staff who will help in providing financial, administrative, and clerical support. Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed.
  • Checks, verifies, and reconciles invoices.
  • Maintains record of all outstanding and unreleased checks.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Performs other duties assigned by their immediate superior from time to time.
About you

  • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree preferably Financial related courses
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
  • Has good communication skills.
