Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (High-Impact Recruiting)

Hunt. Influence. Close. We’re an AI-driven venture capital firm headquartered in BGC, Philippines, with offices in Vancouver, Canada, and Seoul, Korea. Our mission is to build AI agents that eliminate the mundane so people can focus on high-value, high-impact work.

We’re not looking for an average recruiter. We’re looking for a closer : a senior recruiter who knows how to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and win over top talent who aren’t even on the market. This is recruiting with a sales edge : owning relationships, managing accounts, and delivering talent that fuels our most critical business objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the relationship: Partner with hiring managers and leadership as their trusted talent advisor, not just an order-taker.
  • Run the full sales cycle of recruiting: From prospecting passive talent, pitching the opportunity, negotiating offers, to closing the hire.
  • Manage multiple “accounts”: Handle hiring needs across Tech/IT, Digital Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Sell the vision: Craft and deliver compelling narratives that get top-tier candidates excited about joining Nimbyx.
  • Be strategic: Anticipate hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver ahead of demand.
  • Modernize the function: Use AI and data-driven tools to make recruiting faster, smarter, and more precise.

Qualifications

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting success with a track record of closing senior, technical, or niche roles.
  • Account management mindset with skills in managing relationships, expectations, and outcomes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Influence and presence with the ability to advise C-level leaders and negotiate with high-value candidates.
  • Sales instincts: persistent, persuasive, and always thinking about the close.
  • Operational discipline with strong project management and follow-through on multiple concurrent searches.

Additional Information

  • Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

Schedule options include: 6am to 3pm, 8am to 5pm, or 11pm to 8am (depending on business needs).

Location: One World Place, 32nd Street, BGC, Taguig City
