Responsibilities

  • Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, payments and filings and supports related administrative tasks.
  • Assists in updating and ordering inventory.
  • Assists in releasing marketable products to industry; knowledge of FMCG is advantageous for wholesale and retail clients.
  • Assists in monitoring general operating expenses and petty cash.
  • Assists in updating the inventory of available supplies and materials and creates requests for needed supplies.
  • Performs other administrative tasks and activities that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field; any related courses are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in food and beverage is a plus.
