Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized professional to serve as both Executive Assistant and Office Manager, supporting a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth execution of executive functions, daily operations, and cross-team coordination across multiple initiatives focused on social impact and inclusive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, travel, and meeting arrangements
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth interdepartmental workflow
  • Develop project proposals and prepare reports and presentations
  • Provide executive and operational support to team leaders overseeing various non-profit and mission-driven ventures
  • Maintain administrative systems, records, and compliance with policies and government requirements
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and general office software
  • Experience and knowledge in development work, agriculture, entrepreneurial activities and related activities is a must
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
