Reports to: Manager, Client Administration and Sales Support (U.S.-based)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Reporting Analyst to support our sales operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining Salesforce data integrity, building reports and dashboards, and delivering insights that drive sales performance. You’ll partner closely with U.S.-based sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting that supports data-driven strategies.

This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational Salesforce experience who is eager to grow their skills in reporting, analytics, and sales performance management.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau (or other BI tools).
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports for board meetings, weekly sales calls, and other business needs.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Data Management & Process Improvement
  • Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.
  • Oversee pipeline reporting and ensure all sales opportunities are consistently updated.
  • Identify process gaps and streamline reporting workflows to improve efficiency.
• Sales Operations Partnership
  • Anticipate the reporting needs of sales leadership and proactively deliver solutions.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategy and performance improvements.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the sales operations function.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales reporting/analytics, with proven expertise in Salesforce dashboards.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools (preferred).
• Exposure to LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot (a plus, not required).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills — able to present insights to executive-level stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Requirements

• Must reside in Metro Manila or nearby provinces
• High-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload), hardwired connection preferred.
• Flexibility to report onsite in Makati as required by business needs.
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace.
• Amenable to a night shift (U.S. hours).
• Can start ASAP

Work Arrangement

This position is currently offered on a REMOTE work basis. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.
