Data Configuration Analyst

Data Configuration Analyst - Remote at Employment Hero. As a Data Configuration Analyst, you’ll be working with our Customer Experience Delivery teams and will be instrumental in driving outcomes for customers during their implementation journey.

• Support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations. Your number one focus is to ensure accurate and timely system configuration, data quality and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.
• Ensure the completeness of data entry maintenance on Salesforce and other project systems, whilst communicating clearly with stakeholders and exceeding their expectations.
• Be part of transformative change in the way we help customers implement our platform. You will work across the Implementations team helping us provide a mix of paid and unpaid services to customers joining Employment Hero.
• Work alongside our Implementation Consultants and our customer support team, with the opportunity to learn and grow within our start-up culture. This role may change over time and you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
• Support the end-to-end Implementation service by performing system configuration, checking and analysing configuration issues, and carrying necessary resolutions and action items.
• Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data entry, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security.
• Assist with keeping internal tools and tracking systems up to date, which may include Salesforce and Asana.
• Meet and exceed KPIs, following all relevant procedures and standard operating procedures as laid out by Employment Hero and your manager.

• Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
• Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
• Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
