Product & Content Marketing Manager Location: Philippines (remote) Reports to: Head of Growth / CEO Type: Full-time Our values Make a difference: Change the world and people’s lives, step by step. Have fun: Work hard, enjoy the journey, and build community (shark jokes included). About the role Turn our solutions, case studies and SME know-how into clear, persuasive assets that win deals. You’ll own messaging and positioning, build a reusable content library, and partner closely with Sales to keep decks, proposals and narratives current and compelling. What you’ll do Own messaging/value props by industry/use case; maintain a concise positioning guide. Produce enterprise-grade assets: solution one-pagers, use-case briefs, case studies, blogs, speaker abstracts, and modular slide libraries. Build and curate the proposal content library (boilerplates, methodologies, bios, security posture, ESG, references). Partner with Sales on pitch decks and demo narratives ; ensure slides stay accurate, on-brand and outcome-led. Interview SMEs and clients; translate technical detail into quantified business outcomes. Light design/editing in Canva/Figma; brief/manage freelancers for heavier design work. Align the editorial calendar with campaigns and events; track engagement and improve based on data. Maintain tone‑of‑voice standards and ensure consistency across web, decks and collateral. What you’ll bring 4–8 years in B2B product/content marketing (services or enterprise tech). Portfolio of enterprise-grade assets (one‑pagers, case studies, decks) you can share. Exceptional writing, structuring and storytelling; comfortable interviewing SMEs. Familiarity with the Microsoft data/AI stack (Azure, Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform) is a plus. Experience supporting proposals/RFPs and working with approvals/compliance. Culture add: you value clarity, polish and ownership, and you help others raise the bar. Success in 6–12 months High sales adoption of the asset library; measurable win‑rate uplift . Faster proposal turnaround with stronger, consistent narratives. Predictable, on‑brand publishing cadence aligned to campaign goals. Tools we use Office/Google Suite, Canva/Figma , HubSpot for content library, /SharePoint Working arrangements & benefits PH‑based; overlap 2–4 hours with UK.
