Overview

The Account Manager will serve as the main liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, campaign success, and long-term partnerships. This role requires a combination of client servicing, campaign management, and sales growth in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and campaign success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to deliver on campaign requirements.
  • Develop account strategies to drive client growth, upselling, and retention .
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for clients.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
  • Stay updated on livestreaming, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends .
  • Ensure all client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for account growth, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales , preferably in e-commerce, media, or digital platforms.
  • Strong background in managing multiple accounts and building strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of livestreaming, influencer marketing, or digital commerce is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City .
