Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Presales Engineer, located in Metro Cebu with some work from home options available. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in presales activities, assisting the sales team, and ensuring seamless integration of communication systems. The role involves designing and presenting technical solutions to clients, addressing security concerns, and contributing to the overall customer satisfaction.
