Overview

IT Project Manager role at MicroSourcing. Location: Picadilly Site, BGC. Work Setup & Shift: Onsite | Day Shift.

What You'll Do
  • Project Delivery Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of business projects for customers, ensuring outcomes align with scope, budget, and timeline. Manage resources, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Program Support: Collaborate with Senior Project Managers or Program Managers on large strategic initiatives. Provide hands-on planning, execution, and reporting support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present status updates, executive reports, and project documentation. Monitor budgets and manage expenditures; ensure financial KPIs are met and address cost overruns via approved change requests.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure artefacts and processes comply with internal methodologies and industry best practices; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to teams where required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and contribute to tools, templates, and procedures.
  • Executive Communication: Produce high-quality reports and presentations for the executive leadership; communicate complex project information clearly.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work across departments and with external partners to align activities and drive internal coordination.
  • Adaptability and Problem Solving: Navigate a fast-paced environment, respond to challenges, and maintain momentum. Proven vendor management experience, including performance monitoring and stakeholder coordination.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum of 5 years in Infrastructure project management with a proven track record.
  • Experience supporting large teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in IT Infrastructure initiatives (LAN/WAN implementations, firewall upgrades, SD-WAN).
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure and customer solutions projects.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams across regions.
Education
  • University Degree or Diploma in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
Professional Skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities with the capacity to evaluate alternatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills; able to build cross-team relationships.
  • Ability to operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments and respond decisively to challenges.
  • Excellent administrative capabilities, including lifecycle, documentation standards, and methodologies.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills; able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). Knowledgeable in SAP S4HANA and ServiceNow.
Certifications
  • PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies; ITIL preferred.
Industry Experience
  • Background in ICT or telecommunications; familiarity with industry challenges and practices.
