WE ARE HIRING: Education Consultant (Preferably 1 Year of Experience) Bridgemarks Education Solutions is an education agency with offices in Sydney and Sofia and our remote team in the Philippines. We are a diverse team of educational consultants who provide comprehensive, up-to-date, and accurate information about colleges, universities, and other matters related to studying and living in Australia. We are seeking an experienced education consultant to help us expand into new markets and follow up on leads. This is a sales role focused on recruiting and placing students in reputable educational institutions throughout Australia. ( The Role Full-Time Position Available We are currently seeking a highly motivated full-time Education Consultant to join our growing team and take over an active desk. The position is a work from home set up, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Additionally, the same position is available for remote work for a Filipino citizen based in the Philippines. Why Join Us? Good work-life balance Competitive salary based on experience plus bonuses for the accomplished targets Career progression opportunities Opportunities for development and advancement at Bridgemarks Education Solutions Participation in fun company events Friendly, supportive work environment Company mob-sim provided (if reach the targets also a phone) Marketing trips (as needed) Tasks & Responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients Assist in the school and visa applications for international students: ELICOS, VET, College, and University (including course-related requests such as extensions, deferrals, and cancellations) Communicate with partner institutions to inquire about or follow up on student applications Collaborate with colleagues to promote our brand and company to international students Regularly enhance your knowledge through self-learning by utilizing research, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills. Proactively seek potential clients via social media Counsel students by asking important questions, actively listening to their needs, and helping them make the most suitable decisions for their study options Attend professional training and industry events from institutions or the company Lead marketing events, especially webinars. Create content and engage in marketing activities on social media to attract and build a potential client base. Participate in product training and assessment activities as directed. Always maintain professionalism by adhering to responsible business practices in line with the Agent Code of Ethics. To Be Successful, the Applicant Will Need to Demonstrate the Following Skills and Attributes: -Prior experience of more than one year in Sales is required (offshore/onshore). Highly organized Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to foster, build, and manage relationships Excellent presentation and communication skills Adequate knowledge of the local/domestic area Strong-minded with a positive attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed monthly targets Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team Update and report weekly, monthly & quarterly application process to the manager Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students Willingness to take on different opportunities with an open mindset to ad-hoc duties as required Understanding of the Australian student visa system Understanding of the admission process for English schools, VET colleges, and universities in Australia How to Apply If you are a dedicated and loyal professional looking to make a difference in the education sector, we encourage you to apply.
