The RevOps Strategist plays a critical role in aligning client business objectives with HubSpot ecosystem capabilities to drive efficiency and revenue growth. You’ll act as a strategic advisor and primary client contact, combining technical platform expertise with revenue operations strategy. You’ll oversee HubSpot implementation, workflow optimization, and KPI-driven planning across marketing, sales, service, and customer success teams. This role is both strategic and hands‑on—balancing client‑facing communication, data‑driven insights, and operational leadership. Job Highlights Schedule: 25 hours per week, flexible schedule (open to moving to FT) Timezone: Must be available for 1 weekly meeting at 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Mondays Work Arrangement: Work from home Key Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions, training, and strategic advisory for clients. Configure and optimize HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. Audit workflows, properties, and automation rules to align with client KPIs. Build dashboards, analyze revenue data, and provide actionable insights. Conduct onboarding, audits, and implementation projects. Facilitate quarterly roadmap sessions to align with client revenue goals. Supervise HubSpot technologists, interns, and coordinators. Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive RevOps execution and profitability. Maintain required HubSpot certifications and stay up to date on industry trends. Performance Indicators Achievement of client KPIs and revenue goals. Quality and accuracy of HubSpot configuration and reporting. Client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Utilization rate and profitability of managed accounts. 100% renewal of HubSpot certifications annually. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a digital or RevOps environment. Proven expertise in HubSpot implementation and optimization. Strong understanding of revenue pipelines, CRM data, and customer lifecycle. Prior remote work experience strongly preferred. Technical Skills HubSpot (Advanced to Expert) Basic familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation Certifications (to be achieved or maintained within 120 days - paid for by client) HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub Software HubSpot Platform Consulting & Implementation HubSpot Reporting & Data Integration Revenue Operations Certification Core Competencies Exceptional written and verbal communication. Analytical and strategic problem‑solving mindset. Strong leadership and team mentorship ability. High integrity, accountability, and professionalism. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Year 1: Master multi‑hub implementations. Year 3: Advance to Senior HubSpot Strategist. Year 5: Grow into Director of Revenue Operations.
