Position Overview What does an Operations Manager really do? The role focuses on delivering the best possible customer experience for clients by leading and developing a high-performing team. As An Operations Manager, You Will Make sure that KPIs are met consistently Help each employee reach their best potential Creatively devise plans to help employees achieve targets Gain the trust and respect of your team Identify strengths and weaknesses within the team Assign tasks that showcase talents and address development needs Manage relationships and develop people Requirements At least 3 years of related experience in customer experience operations and as a management specialist A proven track record of meeting and delivering targets Excellent communication with teammates and clients Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills At TaskUs, leaders are expected to support their direct reports and uphold our #RidiculouslyGood culture.
