A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

You are a Team Leader , a champion in your field. As part of the A-Team, your role plays a key part in our success. You’ll manage and lead a high-performing team while ensuring service levels, performance targets, and client expectations are met.

Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Deliver monthly PEAMs, PAFs, and performance scorecards to agents

Conduct weekly performance updates and one-on-one coaching sessions

Monitor and validate MyPay logs, overtime, and leave compliance

Coordinate across departments to meet campaign goals

Maintain team trackers (attendance, performance stats, etc.)

Communicate updates from Ops and Clients during huddles and coaching

Create monthly scorecards and prepare agent incentives

Handle client escalations, calls, and daily reports (EOD, Adhoc, etc.)

Drive performance by analyzing reports and aligning team efforts

Issue DPFs/CAFs for behavior, performance, or COC violations

Lead schedule planning and ensure adherence to operational processes

Facilitate daily call listening sessions and coaching documentation

Attend management and client meetings to provide team updates

A BIT ABOUT YOU

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role

Solid understanding of training needs and staff relations

Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

Ability to multi-task and drive results under pressure

Experience in performance management and employee development
