-Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries related to reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
-Ensure that all reservations are entered accurately into the hotel's reservation system and that all necessary information is collected from guests.
-Work closely with the hotel's sales and marketing teams to ensure that room inventory is managed effectively and that all promotional rates and packages are properly set up and available to guests.
-Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that any issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
-Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and ensure that all interactions are professional, courteous, and helpful.
-Work closely with the hotel's revenue management team to ensure that rates are properly set and adjusted based on demand and market -conditions.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel's management team.
