The firm seeks a dedicated specialist to implement a marketing overhaul and secure a minimum of 10 extra leads per month for the stylists. About the Role This Full‑Time Virtual Specialist will serve as the strategic marketing engine, focusing on content strategy, social media management, and measurable lead generation. The primary mission is to independently drive brand visibility, bookings, and ROI. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management & Content Strategy : Manage high‑volume posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, and YouTube (≈5 posts/week). Develop engaging, location‑optimized content with CTAs. Repurpose existing assets for multi‑platform use and coordinate content drops for events and promotions. Website & SEO Content Creation : Write and publish two SEO‑optimized blog posts per week on topics such as hair care and services, and create monthly content plans. Analytics, Reporting & Organization : Provide weekly performance reports (social posts, blog rank, email open/clicks, Google Review activity). Suggest data‑driven strategy adjustments and maintain a structured content library. Email Marketing & Business Development : Create and send at least one email campaign per month, manage segmented lists, and outreach to local organizations for cross‑promotional partnerships. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management. Ability to create and execute a strategic, results‑oriented content plan. Strong understanding of driving qualified leads through online platforms. Excellent written communication skills for blogging and content creation.
